Durkin Earns NCCAA Student-Athlete of the Week Honors
The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) released their weekly award winners on Monday afternoon, with the Chargers’ Kyle Durkin (So.) earning Track & Field Athlete of the Week. This is Durkin’s first career weekly honor from the NCCAA and the first of the Spring season for the Chargers in 2026. Durkin earned Field honors from the NCCAA this week after his opening Outdoor performance at the LVC Outdoor Mini Meet in Annville, Pa., placing second in the Javelin Throw out of 26 athletes with a distance of 55.90 Meters.
