Bender鈥檚 Big Week Earns CAA Offensive Player Of The Week Honors
Hempstead, NY - Hofstra sophomore Kayleigh Bender was named the CAA Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced this afternoon. Bender had a tremendous week for the Pride in their two games. Bender totaled a team-high 10 goals and added a ground ball. She got her week started with three goals and a ground ball against Princeton on Wednesday. Bender followed that up with an incredible performance in the win over Campbell on Sunday.
