PHOENIX, Ariz. 鈥� Kiana Briggs and Alona Avery shot second rounds of 69 to lead UC Irvine at the Bell Bank Pay It Forward Collegiate Monday. The duo sit in a tie for 11 th place with a two-round total of 140 (71-69) on the Wigwam Golf Club Blue Course. Briggs had three birdies on each round, while Avery exploded with seven birdies on the second round and 10 overall.
