Two Grand Slams for Bruning Highlight War Hawks’ Offensive Explosion
ABILENE, TX – The McMurry War Hawks faced off against Hendrix College on Sunday afternoon, at Walt Driggers Field. The final score was 16-11 in favor of McMurry, securing a three-game series sweep against the conference foe, pushing their record to 11-13 overall and 9-9 in SCAC play. McMurry got on the board early in the bottom of the first inning. Chase Lynch reached base on an error, bringing Collin Bruning across the plate for the first run.
