LA JOLLA, Calif. - The UC Irvine men's golf team is tied for ninth after Sunday's opening round of the UC San Diego Invitational at Torrey Pines' North Course. The Anteaters combined for a 5-count-4 total of 296 (+8). No. 61 LMU came in at 9-under 279 to sit atop the leaderboard after day one.
