FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Looking to string together a three-game win streak, the Southern Virginia University women's lacrosse team matched up with Methodist on Saturday afternoon. One of the better teams in the conference over the last few seasons, the Monarchs used a quick start to put the Knights away early. Despite allowing just four goals in the second half, Southern Virginia would lose its first game in two weeks, 14-4.
