Saldana Leads Cougars in Final Round, Houston Finishes 8th
TUCSON, Ariz. 鈥� Following three rounds of golf at the MountainView Collegiate at The Preserve at Saddleback in Tucson, Ariz., the Houston Women's Golf team finished eighth in a 16 team field following an even-par day of golf on Sunday. Senior Alexa Saldana led the Cougars on Sunday with a 2-under 70 which included a trio of birdies. Saldana finished the competition in 21 st with a three-round 216.
