Robins swims to First Team All-America honors in 1650 free on final day of NCAA Championships
INDIANAPOLIS – First-year Benjamin Robins earned First Team All-America honors in the 1650-yard freestyle as the Amherst College men's swimming and diving team wrapped up competition on the final day of the NCAA Division III Championships on Saturday at Indiana University Indianapolis. Robins swam the longest event of the meet in a season-best time of 15:33.37 to finish sixth in the nation, earning his first career All-America honor in his final swim of the season with Amherst's best finish in the event since 2012.
