Records Fall as Women鈥檚 Track & Field Competes at the Purple and Gold Open
WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The Immaculata University women’s track & field team turned in an impressive early-season performance this weekend at the West Chester Purple & Gold Open. The Mighty Macs were highlighted by multiple point-scoring efforts, program records, personal-best marks, and a runner-up finish in the 5,000 meters. Leading the way, Joanie Lauer set a new program record in the hammer throw. Aubrey Donahue established a program record in the 5,000-meter run, while Brianna Caulwell broke the school mark in the 100-meter hurdles.
