Powell Becomes All-Time Career Hits Leader in Softball鈥檚 Sunday Sweep of Beavers
DUBUQUE, Iowa – The University of Dubuque softball team collected the Sunday sweep of the Blackburn College Beavers winning 6-4 in game one and 7-3 in game two and increased their win streak to five for head coach Kristen Duross . Kaitlyn Powell entered Sunday tied for second of career hits with 145, she tied leader Amber Meyer (2011-14) with 146 on a single to left field as the lead off in the first inning.
