Pioneers’ 25th Campaign Comes to a Close With 5-1 Loss to UW-Stout
UTICA, NY – The 25th season of Utica hockey came to an end on Saturday night at the Adirondack Bank Center as the Pioneers fell 5-1 in the NCAA Quarterfinals to a tough UW-Stout squad, despite heavily outshooting the opposition and controlling the pace of play during a large majority of the contest. The Pioneers completed their 2025-2026 campaign with a record of 20-8-1, falling just short of their third straight NCAA Division III Frozen Four appearance.
