No. 20 Ephs fall in 4-3 nail-biting loss to No. 17 Kenyon
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The No. 20-ranked Williams College women’s tennis team and No. 17 Kenyon competed in a thoroughly entertaining match Sunday afternoon at Christopher Newport, as the Ephs and Owls each won three singles matches during a 4-3 triumph for Kenyon. The Owls (10-3, 2-0 NCAC) swept the three doubles matches to secure the one point on the scoreboard. The singles matches were highly contested, as three of the matches saw student-athletes recover from a first-set loss to secure victories at their positions.
