Lobos Duke It Out With Aggies
ALPINE, Texas 鈥� The Sul Ross State University softball team (1-19 Lone Star Conference, 3-24) lost 2-1 and 8-1 to Cameron (9-13 LSC, 16-17), Sunday afternoon at Lobo Softball Field. Game-1 Strong pitching and great defensive plays from both teams kept the game scoreless for the first four and one-half innings. In the bottom of the fifth, sophomore Bryana Bostrom walked and move to second on an error. After getting an out at first on a grounder, Cameron attempted to get Bostrom out at the third. The throw sailed down the fence on the left side allowing Bostrom to score.…
