LEXINGTON, Va. – The ninth-ranked Washington and Lee women’s lacrosse team secured a signature non-conference victory on Saturday afternoon, edging fourth-ranked Gettysburg, 11-10, at Alston Parker Watt Field. The Generals (8-2) used a pivotal third-quarter run and a clutch defensive stand in the final minutes, as goalkeeper Iman Haddad made several key saves late to preserve the win over the Bullets (4-4).
