Grinnell golf team finishes strong at Rose Hulman meet
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Grinnell College stepped up a place on the final day of the Rose Hulman Great Lakes Intercollegiate men’s golf invitational Sunday. After shooting a 306 on Saturday at Terre Haute Country Club, the Pioneers stormed back with a 304 on the final day of the event. That provided them a two-day score of 610, good for ninth place in the 15-team field and just seven shots out of eighth. That score ranks fourth in GC history for 36 holes.
