Goettsch Wins 200m as Cardinals Claim 3000m at J. Elmer Swanson Spring Classic
MIDDLETOWN, CT. 鈥� In a dominate performance on home turf to open the outdoor portion of the season, the Wesleyan women’s track and field team saw Amelia Goettsch ’29 take first place in the 200m while laying claim to nine of the Top 10 finishes in the 3000m on Saturday at Andersen Track. RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS While the Cardinals have excelled in the distance events this season, the excellence was on full display in the women’s 3000m event.
