Defending NCAA Champion Wake Forest Tops Lancers, 4-0
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Fourth-ranked Wake Forest defeated the Longwood men's tennis team, 4-0, on Sunday. The Demon Deacons (23-2), who won the 2025 NCAA team championship, opened the match with wins on courts three and one, respectively, to take the doubles point. Kacper Szymkowiak and Cornelius Shalmi topped Alejandro Uribe and Daniel Lopez, 6-2 before Aryan Shah and Andrew Delgado defeated Daniel Borisov and Marko Mrdak by the same score.
