URBANA, Md. – Brandon Conner surged to his second straight top 20 finish as the senior shot 69/3-under par in the final round of the Carpetbagger Classic to tie for 17th out of 96 golfers at the event Sunday at Worthington Manor Golf Club. Conner finished the 36-hole event with a final tally of 77-69 = 146/2-over par. This comes less than a week after he tied for 13th at his last tournament, the Southern Intercollegiate, on March 16.
