WAUKESHA, Wis. 鈥� The Beloit College Buccaneers displayed late-inning heroics and defensive grit this afternoon, in a competitive doubleheader against Carroll University. While the Buccaneers (7-8, 0-0 MWC) ultimately fell short in both contests鈥攄ropping the first game 6-3 and the second 6-5鈥攖he squad proved they could go toe-to-toe with the Pioneers (11-7, CCIW), nearly pulling off a massive comeback in the nightcap.
