Women鈥檚 Track and Field Opens Outdoor Season at Wesleyan Swanson Invite
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. 鈥� The Connecticut College women’s track and field team opened up the outdoor season, competing at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational. 100 Meters Alexis Melvin (Wilmington, Mass.) finished fourth with a time of 12.97 earning NESCAC qualification. Brooke Schulze (Oceanport, N.J.) finished sixth with a time of 12.99 earning NESCAC qualification. Sindi Khumalo (Uxbridge, Mass.) finished 13th with a time of 13.59 earning NESCAC qualification. 200 Meters Schulze finished seventh with a time of 26.26 earning NESCAC and NE D3 qualification.
