Women鈥檚 Track and Field: Alvernia Opens Outdoor Season in Virginia Beach
Virginia Beach, Va. (March. 21, 2026) – Alvernia Women’s Track and Field opened its 2026 outdoor season down at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational, hosted by Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach on Saturday. Brooke Hall set a new personal record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:18.23 to take first place. She also set a new PR in the 100m hurdles with a sixth place time of 19.33 seconds. Hall was also the first leg of Alvernia’s 4x100m relay team that took second place with a time of 52.62 seconds.
