Women鈥檚 Tennis Swept by Moravian on Senior Day
The Official Site of Elizabethtown College Athletics ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.– The Elizabethtown women’s tennis team honored senior, Haley Bishop prior to their match vs. Moravian this afternoon. The Blue Jays fell, 7-0. Moravian won all three doubles matches. Taylor Dukes and Julia Kiernan were able to earn a point as they fell, 6-1 at no.3 doubles. At no.1 single, Bishop kept the match close but ultimately fell, 6-4, 6-3. Hannah Walker forced a third set at no.4 singles but she fell 6-4, 0-6, 8-10. Etown will travel to DeSales tomorrow.
