Women’s Lacrosse Ends Unbeaten Run in Loss to Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. — The Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse team dropped its first Atlantic 10 contest on Saturday afternoon, falling to Richmond, 16-6, in a matchup of conference unbeatens. Emma Yoder opened the scoring for Saint Joseph's, striking three-and-a-half minutes into the contest. Richmond responded with four straight goals before the Hawks closed the quarter with a late tally from Kate Kaptrosky to cut the deficit to 4-2 after one.
