MEADVILLE, PA – First-year Esther Wang secured a straight-set victory at fifth singles, lifting the University of Rochester women’s tennis team to a 4-3 victory over host Allegheny College on Saturday afternoon at the David V. Wise Center. Wang’s victory was a 7-5, 6-3 triumph against Anabel Bachman to break the 3-all team score in the match, helping the Yellowjackets improve to 6-5 on the season.
