Strong Second Round Has Men’s Golf in Eighth Place After 36 Holes of the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational
JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga.— Senior Colin Fowler (Portland, Ore.) carded a 3-under 69 and junior Jack Berry (Western Springs, Ill.) shot a 1-under 71 as the Babson College men’s golf team finished under par for the second day in a row and sits in eighth place after two rounds of the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational on Saturday. The Beavers shot 3-under 285 on in round two and have posted a 36-hole score of 9-under 567. No. 1 Huntingdon is in first place at 28-under 548, which is six strokes ahead of No. 6 Sewanee (554).
