Strong Day for Simmons, Carden on Final Day of Lee Invite
CLEVELAND, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga track and field program posted a strong performance on opening weekend of the outdoor season highlighted by an individual victory by Ryleigh Simmons in the 100 meter and a second place finish for Halle Carden in the high jump. Simmons covered the sprint distance in a time of 12.02, 0.17 seconds ahead of the next finisher.
