Softball Falls to Bobcats
MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. — The Ave Maria Softball team opened their series with the St. Thomas Bobcats Friday, falling 7-0. St. Thomas opened the scoring with three runs in the bottom of the first, which was their highest scoring frame of the game. Three walks loaded the bases for St. Thomas, and a triple brought them all home. The Bobcats added another run in the second, fourth and two runs in the sixth to get their seven runs.
