Ravenna pitchers bring the needed heat in win over Zion Christian
LocalSportsJournal.com Dylan May and Ravenna pitchers brought the heat needed to open the baseball season with a win on Friday. May struck out 10 batters as the Bulldogs topped Zion Christian, 4-0. The Bulldogs鈥� pitchers combined for 17 k鈥檚 over seven innings. May鈥檚 outing was accompanied by Zeke Erler who struck out six and Ryley Krepps recorded one strikeout. Brayden Zilka led the Bulldogs鈥� offense with a triple. May added a double and Ashton Self hit a single. Ravenna (1-0) hosts West Michigan Aviation Academy on Monday.
