Quakers Fall at Mount Union After Second-Half Surge
(ALLIANCE, Ohio) – Tied 5-5 at halftime, the Quakers could not overcome the Purple Raiders’ second half attack, falling 17-10 on the road Saturday afternoon. Wilmington’s attack came in firing off their four straight wins, scoring three goals early. Danny Fitzpatrick scored just three minutes in. Less than 30 seconds later, Nick Roca added one, putting Wilmington ahead 2-0 not even three minutes into the contest.
