Pacers Battle Hard but Fall Short at Juniata
Huntingdon, Pa.- The Marywood University women’s tennis team opened their 2026 spring season on the road with a hard-fought effort, but came up short against Juniata College, falling 5鈥�2. From the outset, the Eagles set the tone on the doubles courts, capturing two of the three points to claim the early advantage. At No.鈥�1 doubles, Juniata’s Medina Yessenaliyeva and Celia Navarro de Torres defeated Marywood’s Kylie鈥疜ilgore and Catarina鈥疎nglish, 6鈥�0. The Pacers responded at No.鈥�2, where Avianna鈥疭antarelli and Hanna鈥疉donizio pulled out a 6鈥�2 win over Nina鈥疢eadows and Katie鈥疻agoner.
