New Britain, Conn. 鈥� LIU opened its series against CCSU with a win Friday, boasting the team's best offensive performance of the season with an 18-8 victory. Scoring a season-high in runs, the Sharks had positive contributions across the lineup. Lead-off hitter Noah Sorensen (an NEC Prime Performer back on Feb. 24) went 2-for-4, with a home run, double, and season-high four RBI.
