No. 9 Ephs fall, 1-0, to No. 1 Wisconsin-River Falls in NCAA Elite Eight
RIVER FALLS, Wis. – Senior goaltender Erin Pye of the No. 9-ranked Williams College women’s ice hockey team saved 45-of-46 shots for a .978 save percentage during a 1-0 setback to No. 1 Wisconsin-River Falls in the Elite Eight of the NCAA Division III Tournament Saturday afternoon at Hunt Arena. Pye, who was named NESCAC Player of the Year this season, made 15 saves in each period for the Ephs (18-5-5, 9-3-4 NESCAC).
