No. 40 Skidmore improves to 2-0 in conference play with win over Herons
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY – The No. 40 Skidmore College women’s tennis team returned to winning ways with a 5-2 victory over William Smith at the McCaffery-Wagman Tennis and Wellness Center on Saturday afternoon. The Thoroughbreds (2-6, 2-0 Liberty League) secured the doubles point after winning two of the three doubles matches, before winning straight sets matches at first to fourth singles to take down the Herons (3-4, 0-1 Liberty League).
