Men鈥檚 Track and Field: Owls start outdoor slate at Emory Classic
ATLANTA, Ga. — The Kenyon College men’s track and field team took part in the Emory University Spring Break Classic, starting the squad’s outdoor season. Sophomore Charlie Blackmer brought in Kenyon’s best finish across the two-day meet, pacing the field in Friday’s 5,000-meter invitational. The Owls also added a few other top-15 finishes to open the spring slate. No stranger to placing toward the top over his first two seasons, Blackmer led the pack in the 5,000-meter invitational to start the outdoor season strong.
