Men鈥檚 Tennis: Owls clip No. 23 Captains to cap competitive road trip
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — Lining up against a ranked opponent for the third time in two days, the No. 13-ranked Kenyon College men’s tennis team closed its weekend road trip against No. 23-ranked Christopher Newport University. The Owls could have easily come out flat after two tough duals the day prior, but Kenyon showed its competitive spirit against a CNU (7-4) team playing in its home state and playing on six days’ rest. The Owls dominated doubles and had strong singles showings en route to a 5-2 victory. The win, Kenyon’s sixth straight, boosted the team’s record to 15-1 this season.…
