Men鈥檚 Tennis Falls At Oxy, 6-1
LOS ANGELES 鈥� The Whitman College men’s tennis team closed its Southern California trip with a 6-1 loss to Occidental College on Saturday at McKinnon Family Tennis Center. The Blues (10-4) got an early boost in doubles when Alexander Stage and Niklas Jensen claimed a 7-5 win at No. 1 doubles over Ronald Chen and Eugen Andres. But the doubles point went to Occidental who took the other two doubles matches to secure the opening point and carry momentum into singles.
