ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men’s tennis team dropped its Atlantic East Conference opener 6-1 to Pratt Institute on Saturday afternoon. In doubles action, Logan Gorbitz and Akezhan Melis won second doubles, 6-2. The Cannoneers took the other two matches for the doubles point. The Knights picked up their point at fifth singles, where after falling 6-3 in the first set, Gorbitz came back for a 6-3, 1-0 (10-7) win. Mike Brown battled at first singles, falling 6-4, 6-1.
