Devils blanked by New Paltz
NEW PALTZ, N.Y. — Fredonia State was unable to generate enough offense on Friday afternoon, falling 10-0 to the New Paltz Hawks. The Devils were limited to just two hits on the day while New Paltz broke things open midway through the game. The Devils two hits came from Andrew Tucker who hit a double to left field in the seventh inning while Zachary Richards hit a single to left field in the eighth. The Hawks did most of their damage in the bottom of the fifth inning, scoring four runs highlighted by a three-run home run from Wallace Kirkpatrick.…
