Cards Place Eighth at NCAA Championships
ATLANTA – The No. 8-ranked University of Louisville women’s swimming and diving team earned three podium visits as the Cards finished in eighth place as a team to close competition at the 2026 NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships at Georgia Tech’s McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta. UofL’s 201.5 points trailed Virginia’s 589 as the Cavaliers won their sixth national title in as many years. Stanford (380.5) was runner-up, followed by Texas (376.5), California (303), Tennessee (301.5), Michigan (296), and Indiana (258).
