Camels Finish Strong on Final Day of NCAA Championships
INDIANAPOLIS – Three Connecticut College men’s swimmers picked up All-America First Team honors—and one captured an individual national championship—on the final night of competition at the 2026 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships on Saturday at the IU Natatorium. Carrick Shea (Grafton, Mass.) took first place in the 200 breaststroke, earning his first career national title and the sixth in program history. Julian Carlson (Brookline, Mass.) also took fourth place in the event, and earlier in the evening Evan Lyons (Longmeadow, Mass.) finished fifth in the 1,650 freestyle.
