Buccaneers Begin Spring at CSU Buc Invite and 49er Classic
CHARLESTON 鈥� Charleston Southern opened their season at the CSU Buc Invite and 49er Classic on Friday for their first meets of the 2026 outdoor season. At the home meet, the Buccaneers had their throwers and most of their distance runners compete at it. While at Charlotte, their sprinters and a small group of their distance crew ran at it. CSU BUC OPEN Jones Barber won the 2K steeplechase with a time of 6:16.52 in his first time competing in the event.
