Beckett Earns Second All-America Honor From D3hoops.com
WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel College women’s basketball senior Elaina Beckett received her second All-America honor this season as she was selected to the D3hoops.com All-America Fifth Team on Saturday. Beckett is the first Green Terror to earn All-America honors from D3hoops.com since Katie Haley in 1998. Beckett, who was selected as a Honorable Mention All-American by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) on Thursday, is just the second Green Terror to earn multiple All-America honors in the same season since Haley was also honored by the WBCA and D3hoops.com in 1998.
