#8 Herons run past Saints 12-4
CANTON, N.Y.鈥� The eighth-ranked William Smith lacrosse cruised to a 12-4 win over St. Lawrence in a Liberty League contest at North Country Field this afternoon. The Herons opened the game with an 11-1 run and never looked back as they picked up their seventh win of the season. Senior Delaney Cassidy (1g, 2a) and first-year Cat Colvin (2g, 1a) led the Herons’ offense, sharing team-high honors with three points each.
