#2 Men鈥檚 Tennis Falls to #11 Babson in Stag-Hen Invite Opener
CLAREMONT, Calif. — The 2nd-ranked University of Chicago men’s tennis team suffered a 4-3 loss to #11 Babson in the opening round of the Stag-Hen Invitational at Pomona-Pitzer. The Maroons jumped out to an early lead with the doubles point as they took home the #2 and #3 doubles matches. Alexander Ekstrand and Gopal Koduri won 6-1 at #2 doubles, and Markus Ekstrand and Shrikeshav Murugesan clinched the doubles point with a 7-5 win at #3 doubles.
