Trinity edges softball twice in Oles鈥� final games in Texas
SAN ANTONIO, Texas 鈥� The St. Olaf College softball team wrapped up its eight-game Texas trip with 8-5 and 4-3 losses to Trinity University on Friday evening at Trinity Softball Field. After dropping game one, St. Olaf (7-7) faced a 4-0 deficit to Trinity (12-5-1) heading into the seventh inning of game two. The Oles fought back with three runs and had the bases loaded with still nobody out before the Tigers escaped the jam to complete the sweep in the first meetings between the two programs since 2015.
