Three Records Fall on First Day of W&L Carnival
LEXINGTON, Va. – The Washington and Lee University women’s track and field team kicked off the outdoor season by breaking three program records on the first day of the W&L Carnival on Friday. HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE MEET Bailey Hedgemon, Leah Smith, and the Generals’ 4x400m relay team highlighted the meet as they all broke program records, while Hedgemon also took down the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) record.
