Softball Scores Five Late Runs to Split Doubleheader
LAGRANGE, Ga. — Covenant softball scored five runs in the late stages of game two to earn a doubleheader split with LaGrange, falling 2-0 in game one and then winning 5-1 in game two. GAME TWO: Covenant 5, LaGrange 2 Covenant’s offense broke through for a four-run sixth inning and tacked on another in the seventh to pull away from the home Panthers in a 5-1 win for the Scots.
