Following a 13–19 campaign (4–14 in SEC play), South Carolina head coach Lamont Paris is making changes to his staff. Longtime assistant Eddie Shannon will not return for the Gamecocks. There has not been an official announcement, but Shannon posted the following on X: Shannon had been on the USC staff for the past four seasons, and was on Paris’ staff at Chattanooga before that.
