Nygaard Places 17th in 100 Breaststroke at NCAA III Championships
Indianapolis, Ind. - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse's Preston Nygaard placed 17th in the 100 breaststroke preliminaries at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Swimming & Diving Championships Friday at the IU Natatorium. Indiana University Indianapolis is serving as host of the championships. Nygaard finished 17th with a time of 54.80. The top-16 finishers in the preliminaries advance to the finals and consolation finals. He completes action at the NCAA III Championships in the 200 breaststroke on Saturday, March 21.
