Men’s Tennis Unable to Catch the Cobbers
MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Saint Mary's men's tennis team (4-9, 0-4) came up empty in MIAC play on Friday, falling 7-0 to Concordia-Moorhead. The Cobbers took control early, sweeping all three doubles matches to grab a 1-0 lead heading into singles competition. The Cardinals' closest doubles contest came at No. 2, where Zak Farley and Paul Havemeier battled before falling 6-3. In singles play, Concordia-Moorhead continued its momentum, winning all six matches to secure the sweep. Gavin Pratt's match at No. 1 was cut short due to opponent retirement, while several Cardinals competed in tightly contested sets throughout the lineup....
